Commons Housing lll



CMA has now finished the construction on the newest Commons Housing III project. The third Commons Housing building features a “U” shape and houses more than 800 students and each room accommodates two students and includes a private bath. Floors feature living-room style common areas- and each have two wings- one for male and one for female students with additional common areas in between. The 200,000-square-foot buildings is Liberty’s third residence hall to be completed in the last three years. Commons I and II were completed in 2014 and 2016. Residential Commons III started housing students in fall of 2017. The Campus Academic Lawn connects the residential commons to the academic commons and is working it’s way to stretch through the entire university’s campus.
