At CMA we believe this begins with an intensive Pre-construction effort as early in the design or feasibility process as possible. We are on the same team as the Owner and the Architect, and the sooner we are at the table the better.
A 2013 study by McGraw-Hill Construction and supported by the CMAA Foundation showed that using professional CMs saved money, avoided or mitigated problems, and produced higher quality results for owners.
